How much does your apartment search service cost in Agadir?
The search itself is free. We charge nothing until you sign. If you rent a property we introduced you to, our fee is the equivalent of one month's rent, paid once at lease signing. No application fees, no subscription, no hidden costs.
What if nothing suits me?
You pay nothing. You are free to turn down every property we show you and to stop the search at any point. The fee is only due if you sign a lease for a home we introduced you to.
Can foreigners rent an apartment in Agadir?
Yes. Foreigners can rent freely in Morocco. Landlords typically ask for a passport, proof of income or an employment letter, and a security deposit of one to two months. No residency permit is required for a standard rental.
Do you help people who are still abroad?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. If you have not arrived yet, we visit properties on your behalf and send you video walkthroughs, so you can shortlist before you land and sign shortly after arriving rather than spending your first weeks searching.
Furnished or unfurnished — which should I choose in Agadir?
Furnished costs roughly 20–40% more per month but you arrive with a suitcase. Unfurnished is cheaper and there is far more choice, since most of the Agadir rental stock is let empty. Under two years, furnished usually wins; beyond that, the rent difference outweighs the cost of furnishing.
What is a realistic monthly budget for a long-term rental in Agadir?
As a rough guide: a studio runs 1,500–2,500 MAD per month depending on the district, an unfurnished 2-bedroom 2,500–4,000 MAD, and a good furnished 2-bedroom 4,000–6,500 MAD. The seafront and Founty sit well above that. Ranges shift with condition and season.
Which areas of Agadir do you cover?
All of Agadir — Hay Mohammadi, Hay Salam, Talborjt, Founty, Dakhla, Charaf, Tilila, Riad Salam, Al Houda, Anza, Bensergao — plus Greater Agadir: Inezgane, Dcheira, Aït Melloul, Lqliaa, Temsia, and the coast up to Taghazout.
How long does it take to find a place?
It depends on your criteria and budget. A standard property in a residential district usually takes one to three weeks. A tighter brief — a specific district, a strict budget, or a large surface — takes longer. We tell you honestly at the outset which one you have.
