Can I rent out my apartment in Agadir while living abroad?
Yes. We arrange and film the viewings, present the applicants, hand the keys to the tenant and carry out the move-in inspection with photos. You approve every step remotely on WhatsApp, without travelling.
How do I set the right rent for my apartment in Agadir?
Rent depends on the district, size, floor, furnishing and condition. As a rough guide: a studio lets for 1,500–2,500 MAD a month, an unfurnished 2-bedroom for 2,500–4,000 MAD, a furnished 2-bedroom for 4,000–6,500 MAD. Founty, Sonaba and the Marina sit well above that. After the viewing we suggest a realistic rent that lets quickly without underselling your property.
How do I avoid unpaid rent in Morocco?
Most of it is decided before signing. We check the applicant's identity and their income or employment letter, and a security deposit — usually one to two months' rent — is paid at move-in. The lease is in writing, as Moroccan law 67-12 on residential leases provides, with legalised signatures.
What documents are needed to rent out an apartment in Morocco?
For the owner: your national ID or passport, proof of ownership and, if someone represents you, a power of attorney. For the tenant: ID, proof of income and the security deposit. The lease is drawn up in writing in two copies, with legalised signatures.
Do I need to be there for the viewings?
